Where do you pick up and drop off ?

We will pick you and your crew up at the 360 Bridge Boat Ramp ( located directly under the bridge at 5019 TX-360 Loop, Austin, TX 78746 ) and we'll drop you back off where we started. Don't forget your $5 cash needed to enter the pick up area (payable at the Travis County Entry Booth), credit cards not accepted. 

What's your cancellation policy ? 

If you cancel 14 days or more prior to your cruise, you'll receive a full refund.

If you cancel under 14 days out, you'll receive a refund minus the required 25% deposit.

If you cancel less than 72 hours out, you'll be responsible for the full amount and will not receive a refund (we recommend the trip protection offering at checkout). 

What about bad weather ?

We will be as flexible as possible when it comes to the weather, but safety is our number one priority and provided it's safe, you and your crew are welcome aboard!

We do however reserve the right to cancel (and offer a refund or reschedule) due to unsafe conditions. 

Do y'all serve alcohol? 

No. We do, however, have a giant cooler for all your beverages you'd like to bring on board. Please do not bring any glass or Styrofoam cups / containers. Lastly, we always recommend using ride share apps or having a safe and responsible way to get home.

What's on board? 

Other than the best captains on Lake Austin, you'll find two coolers for all your beverages, a sound system for all your tunes, a lily pad, pink floaties, a party pole (for whatever you'd like), plenty of seating and all the safety gear needed for a fun, worry free day on the water!

Should I tip the captains?

Yes.
